The buddy system for our Paleo pre-challenge, Challenge!
I figured it would be fun to mix things up as opposed to being in pairs.
It would work like this: your "PAL"EO who you hold accountable is different than the “PAL”EO who holds you accountable. This way we are all really working together!

Hey Everyone!!! I just got started today and I am already craving a cheeseburger. lol. This will be rough, but I am going to put my everything into this. I am headed to a lunch meeting in a few minutes which will include a buffet:( This will be a true challenge for me. I made myself some Paleo jambalaya to bring along.

Breakfast: Banana, handful of mixed nuts lightly salted with sea salt
Lunch: Jambalaya, strawberries, another handful of nuts, green tea without sweetner or honey:(
Dinner: TBA lol.
