seconds? thirds? no thanks :(

so, i thought i was a machine for the past couple of days in terms of lifestyle: work, working out, seeing friends and family, boozin', etc. and i thought my cheats werent affecting me greatly. yet, it all caught up to me last evening at work...tired, not feeling so hot, exhausted, blah, blah, blah. i went out to dinner with my good friend from boston and kept it paleo minus the beer, as i have tried to do for the most part this holiday week, but alas, still feel like shit this AM...and no, im not hungover.

thus, i look forward to today and getting back on track as well as tomorrow's workout, which i plan on going all out until the wheels fall off and i have to crawl back into the box.

  2. OMGosh! I weighed my hefty ass this morning and I had put on 5lbs in 5 days! Hells naw! I guess I should not be so astonished since I woke up Thanksgiving day and started the day with dressing, turkey, and ice cream. I hadn't even made it to the official family dinner yet. It was all down hill from there. I felt awful but I kept eating like a baby piglet! I did notice that I could not eat as many servings as usual, but I definitley still got it in. lol. I am so serious when I say I am back on track starting today with 80/20. Just had an egg white omelet with diced ham, veggies, and lightly sprinkled feta.

I am making it my goal to post my food starting today on out. I have noticed that many of us have slacked off with posting the last couple of weeks. Let's get back on it so that we can help each other be accountable! Happy Monday everyone!

Who will be at the box later? 6 or 7pm? Have you guys seen the WOD? Looks like hell on earth!

  5. I told a number of people to come to the 6pm.

Thanks a ton to anyone that makes it, it means a lot to me. She'd definitely get a kick out of knowing we did this in her honor.
