CrossFit or Seizure?

  2. Super funny! I too was checking the site over and over this morning to no avail:( LOL. I guess we are your stereotypical Crossfitters!

    Mondays Food Log:
    Breakfast: Ham, onion, and green pepper omelet. Green tea plain.

    Lunch: Salad with roast beef slices and balsalmic vinagerette. 2 oz grilled chicken. 2 oz tuna fish. I know...weird combo. Fresh melon, pineapple, and grapes.

    Snack: Apple, Trader Joe's all fruit strip

    Dinner: Chicken sausage with sauteed mushrooms, onions, green and red peppers.

    Snack: Hot pickle.

  5. Steak and Pancakes? Maaan...Well I had 4 egg whites 2 yolk and 2 pieces of turkey bacon. When I closed my eyes, I imagined I was at IHop...FAIL.

  7. Its funny that we sounds like that when we get together outside of crossfit too. Ha!

    I ate paleo yesterday except for the handful of dark chocolate m&ms. Oh well.

    Pancakes sounds delish! Even better... dark chocolate chip pancakes. Breakfast dessert.
